We are now selling The Project Management Toolkit to anyone who needs quality pro builder resources to help them build a new home...any new home.  Yes, The Kit is tailored to the Open Book Build House Plan, but that doesn't mean it won't help you with for your new custom home.  The budget has all of the major line items needed to build a home, so nothing will be forgotten.  And because the budget is in Excel format, the numbers can easily be changed to fit your particular house plan costs.  The Contracting Kit portion of the toolkit has fillable form sections where your own particular product details can be typed into the Scopes of Work and Specifications and Bid Sheets.  The Schedule is great for any home, to help keep construction on track.  And by reviewing our Material Quantity Takeoffs, you will know what estimating needs to be done for your new home project.  And the Sample Contract is a great starting point for creating an agreement to use with your subs and suppliers.

Due to the digital nature of The Kit all orders are final and no refunds will be granted for any reason.

The Open Book Build Kit is in digital format and requires Adobe Reader (available free from Adobe) and Excel (a Microsoft product) to view.  These software products are not included in your purchase.
